This Planning Commission Meeting will tentatively include the rezoning request for parcel number 06-30-157-001 to Community Commercial. The Planning Commission will determine if they will recommend the rezoning request to the City Commission or not. After the Planning Commission, the next step would be for Drive and Shine to present the request to the City Commission, this is possible with or without the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

The proposed air permit is to make changes to their existing permit (PTI No. 133-19A) including removing unused equipment, correcting equipment capacities, modifying emission limits, and adding additional testing and monitoring requirements. The proposed enforcement action is to address emission limits and equipment installation violations.”
